After receiving the products I buy if I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
You can’t cancel your order after your order is sent. However, after your shipping arrives, you can inform us via email within 14 days that you can send back the product back in package in complete and unused.
Do I have a chance to change the product I have ordered?
Unfortunately, you can’t change the products which you have bought from E-shop.
What is the shipping charge for the product which I purchased from E-Shop?
Shipping is free of charge at E-Shop in Turkey.For other countries, to reach National Team products more comfortably, we reduced the shipping cost as our online store. In your shopping you will do from our store, your shipping overseas will be sent with special discount.
Can I get information about deliveries to other countries ?
For the orders of all countries except Turkey, the customs laws and regulations of the country where the consignment is to be made are based.For this reason; you may be exposed to some restrictions and extra payments in our overseas purchases. Please make sure that you have detailed information about the customs laws and regulations of the country to which the order will be shipped. The shipping charge is related to the weight of the product you have purchased. The customs costs incurred in the customs of the other country belong to the buyer.
What should I do if I want to return a product that I purchased?
For Turkey, you can return it within 14 days from the date you received your order. You can provide information by contacting our support department about your return process and you can return your product via cargo as E-Shop cash on delivery.
Your request is being considered by the authorities once it reaches us and an information email is sent to you when your return takes place.
You must be sure that you have sent the product complete with the original invoice, undamaged package, unused, undamaged form as a result of operating errors with order number to the address of E-Shop Hasan Doğan Milli Takımlar Kamp ve Eğitim Tesisleri Riva/Beykoz/İstanbul .
If the invoice of product is corporation, for return process, you must send it together with “return invoice” billed as “Product unit price+ VAT” without including shipping that Corporation has organized. We cannot complete order return that is organized on behalf of corporations unless “return invoice” is not billed.
The product box, package, standard accessories if any should be found complete and undamaged in the package you return us.
But; for all countries outside Turkey, return processing can be made by paying all shipping charges.
When the refund is paid back to account after the return process?
After your return shipping arrives at E-Shop, we send you an information email and we return the product price within 10 working days to your credit card that you have made the payment. Reflection period of your return may vary depending on your bank. In case of delays in the reflection process of your refund to your credit card, you may get information from your bank with Return Process Number located in information email that we have sent you.
How can I follow my order from page of E-Shop?
You can follow the status of your order at any time from the E-Shop “my order” page.
Can I pay at the door for the product which I purchased from E-Shop?
We currently do not have a payment system on delivery.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
After your order is shipped, it will be delivered to you in 48 hours within İstanbul and in 72 hours outside Istanbul.
How is the packaging of the product which I purchased from E-Shop?
E-Shop delivers your orders with a packaging system suitable to quality of the product you purchase considering problems to arise especially in fragile goods. Every product is delivered in private box in accordance with its sensitivity with a packed format.
What type of credit card is available for shopping of E-Shop?
You can make your payments by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
Why my credit card does not give my consent during the purchase of product from E-Shop?
Please confirm with your bank that your credit card is open to 3D Secure System and mail order process. If it is closed, you can open your card to 3D Secure and mail order by calling the customer service of the bank where your credit card belongs to open and continue the purchase process. If you still keep getting errors from the system, please check all the information including the name you entered or check with your bank again.
